Work Style Reform

  • DE&I

We have established 21 types of committees across the organization and continue activities to create a workplace environment where employees can work "efficiently," "safely," "with peace of mind," and "enjoyably."

For example, the Work Style Reform Committee, established in 2017, aims to reduce overtime hours and encourage the use of paid leave. It has already succeeded in significantly reducing overtime, and the practice of taking paid leave in conjunction with summer and winter vacations is becoming common.
