Initiatives to Support Career Advancement

We support career advancement and external activities in various ways. In addition to self-development support and a leave of absence system for volunteer activities, we have established an in-house scholarship system to support advancement to graduate schools both domestically and internationally, such as obtaining degrees (PhD, MBA). Already, more than 20 employees have used the scholarship system, and currently, 7 research staff members are working towards obtaining a PhD, and 1 general staff member is aiming to obtain an MBA.
