Dialogue with shareholders and investors
SNBL believes that timely, appropriate, and proactive information disclosure and interactive (bidirectional) and sincere communication activities are important to improve understanding of our business and to maintain and build relationships of trust with various stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, based on our corporate philosophy of "continuing to be a company that values the environment, life, and human resources."

SNBL 's IR Activities
In June 2021, our company established the IR Public Relations Department. This department aims to foster organic collaboration with related departments within our group, and we have set up a dedicated IR public relations line. The content of dialogues with shareholders and investors is directly fed back to the management through IR public relations personnel, establishing a system that contributes to enhancing corporate value. Regarding information about our group, which forms the basis of these dialogues, we not only disclose it in a timely manner through press releases but also hold quarterly financial results briefings for analysts and institutional investors. Additionally, we publish the audio and materials on our website in a timely and fair manner. Furthermore, we respond to daily inquiries from various stakeholders, including shareholders and investors. IR PR Blog and strive to enhance two-way communication through follow-up communications.
IR Activities Structure
Our IR Public Relations Division, led by the Chairman and President as the Chief Executive Officer and under the IR Public Relations Officer, consists of four personnel (including one ESG officer) who plan and promote IR activities and related tasks.

Information Session
In the fiscal year ending March 2024, we held four company briefings for individual investors (all conducted by the President), with plans to hold multiple sessions each year going forward. A total of 240 participants attended the four sessions.
We also hold regular briefings for analysts and institutional investors, conducting four financial results briefings for analysts in the fiscal year ending March 2024. The main content includes explanations of key company strategies by the Chairman and President and business reports by each responsible officer.
