Promotion Structure

Our company has established an SDGs committee as a voluntary advisory body to the board of directors to systematically expand and promote the group's sustainability efforts from a medium- to long-term perspective.
The SDGs Committee meets monthly to deliberate on the identification of sustainability-related risks, opportunities, and materiality (key issues), as well as policies and strategies related to sustainability, and the setting of non-financial KPIs and goals, under the supervision and advice of the Board of Directors.
In the field of supply chain management, efforts and challenges are positioned as important management themes and are deliberated. Based on the discussions in the committee, dedicated ESG personnel and the purchasing department collaborate to promote sustainable procurement. Additionally, the deliberation content is reported to the board of directors as necessary, overseeing the execution to achieve sustainability management.
