Our company has established the corporate philosophy of 'continuing to be a company that values the environment, life, and human resources,' and as one way to embody the philosophy of valuing human resources, we are focusing on initiatives for health management.
To protect the health of employees, which is essential for a happy life, I, as the CEO, also serve as the Chief Health Officer (CHO), promoting health management under the slogan 'I am happy, you are happy, everyone is happy' (trademarked). We support the health promotion of employees and build an organization where each employee can perform efficiently.

What our company should aim for
Promotion Structure
The CEO, who is also a doctor, serves as the Chief Health Officer (CHO) and, together with the dedicated Health Management Department and the General Affairs and Human Resources Headquarters, develops health promotion measures. Important matters related to health management and the results concerning the health status of employees are reported in detail every month at the Management Philosophy Meeting, attended by managers at the section chief level and above, including full-time executives, to ensure a system that can quickly implement necessary measures.

Our company recognizes that creating an environment where all employees (including full-time employees, contract employees, temporary employees, and part-timers) can work safely and healthily is essential for achieving sustainable corporate value enhancement. By thoroughly managing the safety and health of working employees and preventing occupational accidents and illnesses in advance, we are working as a group to establish a safe and comfortable workplace environment.
