SNBL has established seven materiality issues from the perspectives of "solving social issues through business activities" and "strengthening our management base to meet the demands of society" in order to build a unique business model centered on life sciences related to drug development and to realize the integration of sustainability and management. Addressing these materialities will contribute to the realization of the SDGs and the realization of a sustainable society.
Meanwhile, our mission statement is to 'support the advancement of drug discovery and medical technology and liberate humanity from suffering.' This forms the foundation of our management decisions to realize our corporate philosophy of 'continuing to be a company that values the environment, life, and human resources.' Additionally, we have set forth a vision statement to 'stand by our stakeholders and create a chain of happiness.'
By balancing the economic value created through our business activities with the social value generated through our contributions to society, while standing by our diverse stakeholders, we are committed to creating a chain of happiness in the world and diligently working to enhance corporate value.
