Policy/Basic Concept
SNBL has stated in its Code of Ethics that it "strictly maintains the confidentiality of individuals and companies learned in the course of business" and recognizes that information security initiatives are an indispensable element for stable business activities.
Our company has established the 'SNBL Security Basic Policy' and set up the 'Business Security Measures Standard' and the 'Computer System Information Security Measures Standard'. Both standards are reviewed as necessary in line with advancements in information technology.
Additionally, we have established a 'Cybersecurity Policy' aimed at protecting the information assets we handle, including customer and personal information, from cyber risk threats.
Promotion Structure
Our company has established an Information Security Committee and is strengthening efforts related to information security. To thoroughly disseminate security requirements, we conduct annual information security training for all employees and administer tests to confirm their understanding.
All staff carry an 'Emergency Contact Card for Information Security Incidents', and in the event of an information security incident, the responsible department is prepared to respond 24/7, 365 days a year.
